1. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered:
- Intimate wear (lingerie, underwear, etc.)
- Sex toys and personal wellness products
- Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@kukaram.com .
- Valid proof (images/videos) of the damaged or incorrect item is required for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are provided only if the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock and cannot be shipped.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
